LoftBox Integrated In-Home Distribution system
The Global Invacom LoftBox is an integrated RF Home Distribution system. Normally located in the loft, it combines TV, FM, DAB, CCTV & Satellite on to one down cable, feeding to a triplexing wall plate or MSWP in the living room. The LoftBox takes a return feed from the living room which would typically be from the UHF2 output from the Sky digibox. FM & DAB are diplexed onto the return feed & then distributed to additional points within the house via TV/FM diplex wall plates. Each outlet point is able to receive normal terrestrial TV, FM, DAB, CCTV & the RF modulated satellite channel. In a world where Plasma TV's and LCD's are now becoming ever popular around the home, the ability to get high quality sound and vision to those screens has become essential. Coupled with the current trend to de-cluttering your living room of electronic equipment such as DVD's, Satellite Receivers, Video players, etc it is clear that today's consumer needs something more than a traditional coax based distribution system. AViLYnX is the solution. The AVi- LYNX server can be supplied as either a 4 source/4 room unit, 4 source/8 room or alternatively as an 8 source/12 room unit. It's compatible with inputs from VCR's, DVD's, Sky digiboxes and satellite receivers. Audio & video are distributed through Cat5e cable to remote TV viewing stations around the network. High Quality Multi-Room Entertainment Over Cat5e The Simple, Stylish Solution to built-in Multi-Room Entertainment
The Incognito system uses standard Cat5e cabling to send audio (and optionally video) to four main zones and four sub-zones per unit. The main hub, which can be situated close to a hi-fi system or in a cupboard has inputs for six source components, four of which can be played simultaneously. The system is operated by in-wall keypads and remote controls, plus there's an active speaker option (using a Class D digital amplifier) that requires just a remote.
